Hot stuff
Is anyone finding new releases yet? It seem to be a dry spell around here. One Wallmart had the newest Street Freaks but that's all I've seen. Tru hasn't put any out in four weeks, the pegs are getting thinned out (seems they can't give the poker away though)

Nothing new around here. (Bray, if you see new BWFs or PIP, could you cang me one?)

I am sure there are new cars at the one local mom n pop shop but I am still not happy with their policy and am trying to avoid them.

I just left 2 of the new BWFs hanging this morning, I got the PIP. Sure when I come across them again, I'll grab them. The shop you are referring to does have them and most other new releases but they don't count, no chance of a WL there

There's been a dry spell around here also, no new releases for a 3 weeks. I think it has something to do with all the pegwarmers on the pegs at TRU (the only place that always has JLs) Theres a ton of classic plastic, working trucks.suvs, Poncho power, and a few SF, about 40 cars. but I don't need those. I rarely see any BWF or PIPs there, but theres a lot of scalpers around here.

The only thing I noticed is they had a bunch of the 1/24 white fords.

I found the latest Classic Gold at the Harrisburg Toys R Us two weeks ago. So if anyplace is getting stuff in locally, it's probably them...

I have extras of both BWF and PIP. Drop me a line and we can make the arrangements ;)

On a side note the local TRU has not had a new car in 4 weeks. Oddly 2 Holiday Classics showed up today marked down at 1.98.
The local Wally World has gotton in 2 cases each of the last 2 weeks.

It's been a dry spell at my local TRU too, for new JL. They did reduce the number of JL by 3 pegs, and replaced them with 3 pegs fully loaded with those stupid DONK series cars. Man, what's up with that. It appears that they haven't sold a single one in the past couple of weeks. I'm not surprised.

First of all, welcome to the Garage!

Do what I did, name each one of the Donks hanging on your local pegs. Once there's a nice layer of dust, write that car's name on the package ("Bob", "John", etc.). See if that helps sell them...

No new nada..although I did get this puppy for $3.- today :D

Swifty knows the store,in Merchants Square, where they pick thru the cases and charge more for wl's..
IT was behind a $15.- wl,and had no price.I asked and he said "You can have it for $4.- ok $3.-!!!"

Needless to say I have it listed on Ebay. UNexpected bills came in,due to my son getting hit by a car on Thursday and his foot broke in 2 spots( the car was inches form the curb as my son stepped up,he got it..)
Now I have to pay for his meds until our attorney gets on the ladies insurance. To top it off,she is a new driver...

So,if interested, lmk and Ill post the auction #.. I also found another WL, the same kind that Swiffers gave me.... I hate to sell the other one,but I have to.Swiffers car he gave me,is being kept for life

Sorry to hear about this, Moe. I hope he'll be back to 100% soon!

You can put the eBay links on here, if you'd like. We may have some interested lurkers, if not members.

Went 0-5 over the weekend/today. Nothing out there. Went to a local Toys R Us, saw a pile of boxes in the die cast aisle - all for that Cars movie. What a let down.

I hit the Waterford, CT. TRU today on my way to do some kayaking and they had just put out 2 sets of the Road Trip cars, in case anyone in the area wants to pick them up. They also had one set of the latest Gold Series left(minus 69 Impala). That 69 Impala is definately the more difficult car in the Gold Series to find. A few TRUs that still have the latest Gold Series always seems to be missing the green Impala.
Does anyone know if TRU might get in a second order of the Gold Series?

That is kinda funny. I was on a road trip this past weekend and the 69 Impala was the only one left on the pegs at 2 different TRU
