Speaking of harking back to your childhood, I've started watching the original episodes of Captain Scarlet again. Taped most of them in the mid nineties and was going to watch them today (which is how I came to break the video player!) but couldn't find them :( . Nothing past or present has beaten Gerry Anderson's explosions and pyrotechnics. So realistic :D

But I did find tapes of HMC 1999 (Suicide Squad round Standlake!) and Firecracker 7 so watched them instead

I suppose that's what he had to work with at the time, I find it funny in captain scarlet that it's set in 2068, but all the cars are from the 1960's

Some new wheels would look good though - i dont like the current ones.

Yeah, the wheels aren't exactly meant for bangering, and I agree with that. On the plus side they're great wheels to use in other projects.

Yeah - They're nice alloys but dont suit the banger racing scene at all, might have to get some new wheels! :P

As an FYI, Yat Ming's wheels are generally smaller than a lot of the other cars on the market. Matchbox rims won't work. I played around with some various rims at my disposal and the best are older Yat Ming rims and Tomica rims.

Excuse me? Who the heck are you to tell me what to do? Seriously, what the heck is wrong with you?!

And i probably will win the granadas, rather that than let them get chopped up by some certain members who have a fetish for cutting up granadas.

Please calm down. The entire point of eBay is to outbid people. If you want an item bad enough you will outbid them.

Also, what someone does with the item they win is entirely up to them.

Now if I may have everyone's attention...

I was saving this knowledge until such time as I could have a few finished and ready to show off, but if it will stop the fighting over eBay Granadas, Yat Ming has graciously donated 150 MK II Granada sedans to the board. If you remember, a few weeks back Celica Baby posted a thread asking who still does 1/64 bangers. Everyone who replied to that thread will be getting approximately ten Granadas.

At this time I'd like to give a big thanks to Yat Ming for this donation. Its payment for me heping them out a little by discovering cars that may be of potential interest to them.

For those of you currently doing trades with me, your Granadas will come with the items you're getting from me. For those of you who aren't currently engaged in a transaction with me, I will be PMing you for your contact info at such time as I'm ready to mail them out. Right now I have a lot of cars to sort through (in regards to my trades), and I have plans both this weekend and next so I won't be home to do so.

So everyone keep this in mind: you're getting Granadas. Hopefully this will help keep things in check from here on out. I know ten isn't a lot, but its better than none. And I'm keeping a few in reserve for future members of the board as well, as an FYI.

soo ummmm do i get them but me pmer isent workin as u know
