thought id start a new topic for the second competition to save confusion.

Right so its european. are we doing another 1/64 scale limit as if you mix scales it isnt fair on people who have the smaller cars.

In the European class does that count cortinas/escorts, or are all fords counted as american as strictly speaking. I think mk2's should be aloud for those lucky enough to have stocks!

Ford Cortinas, Sierras, Escorts, Capris, Granadas etc should be allowed as they were produced in Britain and Germany.

I have 3 Maisto MK2 Granadas

Some ideas for future contests:

Muscle cars

Luxury cars

Japanese cars

And a big contest- this one would need two to three months: All who have contributed to the previous contest(s) would be allowed to design their own team name, car number, paint scheme, and even offer suggestions on the make/model of car to be used. And then we'd each have to make all of them. At the current time, that would be six cars each.

We could also do a large scale contest, that'd be good, more surface to play with

That would be great if anybody had any suitable cars, as for me, I have no 1/18 at all!

I don't know how I'd strip a 1/18!

That, and I can't think of any suitable (and currently available) bangers in that scale at the moment.

That'd be good, banger track accessories, tow trucks, tractors, pace cars or transporters

I reckon instead of just discussing this we should get another poll together with the options

Considering I've been working on some of those myself... sounds good to me.

I've got a few Europeans in progress at the moment, I'll enter the one I think is best.

There will be a high chance it will be a team 3 Litre banger

Do we have a judge lined up for this round?

If next month is larger scale models, and it looks like it's going to be, I'm volunteering to sit that month out and be judge instead.

Sounds good to me, if it's okay with him. And since I know he prefers doing large scale models, he can compete and I'll sit out, since I do 1/64 exclusively. ;)
