The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
The car in question is the Hot Wheels '78 Camaro in yellow.

Support your local demo derby.

I voted for #3, the L.A. Lakers color combo. Will the car be a banger/demo car or perhaps a short track stock car for racing on a Saturday night? Those style of Camaros are pretty popular for dirt track racing in the midwest.

You might say I'm being a little more ambitious than that...

Its a six car banger team representing the fictional Destroyers team located in scenic (and likewise fictional) DeYoungstown.

Actually, Saturday night dirt track cars was a project I had thought about a few years ago. But we don't have street stocks here any more, and our local speedway (Linda's) only offers four cylinders racing, and they're almost all SAAB 900s and VWs these days, with the occassional Mustang and Pinto mixed in.

Still, a good idea is a good idea. Since this Camaro is pegwarming so badly, and I can hopefully score a few Fresh Cherries Pintos, I might be able to work something out too. Maybe a nice mix of street stocks and four bangers. Now if only Fresh Cherries would do a '75-'79 Nova coupe....

Don't worry, the car will look much nicer when done, I haven't even drilled it apart yet, LOL!
