Where is generally the Reading Toys R US (next to the Berkshire Mall). If you're interested in coming out we could meet a bit further west though! I have no objections to Hershey, Harrisburg, or York if that works for everyone else too. When is generally early afternoon on a Saturday or Sunday. |

I'd love to come Swifty, but weekends at the present time restrict by travels. Perhaps by fall things will change. Hope you guys have a great time!

Sean Why not combine this meet with PMCC in Dover PA on 5/19 ( just N of York) ? That way you "can kill 2 birds with 1 stone" ! Not all PMCC members - including myself are MB purists! I must confess that for some time I have been purchasing many more JLs, GLs etc than the few MB models that attract me > But I am still loyal to the MB brand as a whole! This way, there would be a designated meeting place at the home of one of our members and spouse for you. We would get to meet more people and enjoy making new acquaintances. We do enjoy a potluck dinner following our meeting. On occasion I have learned more about new diecast during the informal dinner than during the meeting. Anyone attending does NOT have to be a member of PMCC! But all dues paying members are entitled to nice discounts on anything purchased at Kiddie Kar Kollectibles in Reading! And K Kar does carry many other brands besides MB. Some are Shelby Collectibles, M Max Fr Cherries, JL, HWs. This store is one of my main diecast sources! |

If we ever want to have a future meeting where there will be the people from Reading, Harrisburg, Lancaster, York, and Lebanon areas, we could use my place as a meeting point since Lebanon is kind of in the middle of all them places and there's three or four members from here. Only downside, there's no TRU here. But there are two walmarts, a kmart, two dollar generals, big lots, and a flea market in the general area. If we went to Ephrata, that would add another walmart, and a kmart to the hunting locations. Or we could just meet at my place and trade and mess around with tracks and stuff. I got a HW 4 lane highway, and a 10-in-1 track, maybe have a BBQ or something too. Just throwing the idea out there, maybe in the summer or something. |

Heh, Lebanon works for me!
Also- I spoke to Chris, and the weekend of the 19th doesn't work for him- he has to work. So how about the weekend after that? |

Ahem. Excuse me, but are New Englanders welcome? If you guys are meeting the weekend of the 19th then I'll have to try for next time. (my son is graduating from high school). The following weekend is Memorial Day weekend, FYI. I could probably round up some folks back East here for a gathering in PA. That is, if we're welcome.

New Englanders are always welcome! I wish I could repay your hospitality by putting you up for the weekend, but I don't have the accomodations. We will not be meeting the weekend of the 19th (well, aside from the PMCC meeting!), but we could try to get something going for the weekend of Memorial Day. I'm not free on Saturday the 26th however (I can try to get off but I'm doubtful). Past that I'm good to go.

Probably not a good idea for me to take off over Memorial Day weekend. I'll reserve that for family time. Sometime in the not-too-distant future, I think I can put together a road trip from these parts to your parts. You PA guys better entertain us!
