OK, maybe not the best title for a thread...

But I just wanna say I am absolutely nuts (might be certifiable!) over casting #512. More accurately, the revised casting of the 1966 Cadillac Hearse from Wicked Wagons, release 1.

The detail is superb inside and out! JL got it right this time when they used a "flat" hood for this version. I have 4 of these hearses. 2 of them are in my trader box but I'm not so sure I wanna keep 'em there. It's BIG, BLACK, and BEEYOOTIFULLL!

And to keep this hysteria going, there's gonna be a WHITE one in Wicked Wagons, release 2!!! I'll be all over that, guaranteed! ;)

Would it be too much to ask for a BWF version?? B) Might have to customize one of my extras.

MB has their '63 Caddy Hearse; pretty good for a buck. Got a boatload of those. But it doesn't hold a candle to the JL hearse. (I realize that's a papayas to kumquats comparison  )

Anybody check the bay recently for the James Bond "Slumber Incorporated" Hearse? That used to fetch a lot of coin. I'm just wondering if it has held its value since the Wicked Wagons hearse came out, which is much better looking w/ the flat hood IMO.

Thinking of having a T-shirt made up that says: " I  JL Casting #512!
OK, time for my medication.

That's cool,I 'll have to try & get myself one of those.I've got a few of the earlier ones, including the James Bond one,but they're quite hard to find over here.I used to have a real Hearse & it's sorely missed,so I try and get as many models as I can.

BANGER!

The hearse should have been black with a white skull and crossbone painted on the door.

Another of my favorite castings!

And for the banger fans- I picked up a few of these. Once I get all my Fest cars sorted I can divide up who's getting what and start sending some packages out.

I was really excited when I got that hearse. When Halloween rolls around I'll display it with Munsters cars & Ghostbusters. Maybe try to find a spooky looking tree to put next to them. :vampire:
