Actually it was 4 days, we left home on Sunday and got back on Wednesday night. Didn't do any shopping on Monday as we had a very long day at the hospital, and Chris was pretty exhausted. But tues we only had 1 appointment and then off to shop, Stopped at 4 Walmarts on the way home. TrU was extremely disappointing, only had last years HW's, hardly any MB's no Jada's, very few Maisto's, and about 4 JL's and they were from the Retro series of last January. Pink Caddy and Olds 88 walmart for the most part was a washout on the JL's did manage to pickup a few though. But the nice score was he Ford Stariner from maisto and the 55 pickup and belair from jada c/w trailer. My wally's here is terrible, just a few VDub jada's, half a dozen MB's lots of last years HW's though, and all the mystery cars are the Bugatti's. Someone helped me out and opened them up. No sign of T-Hunts, I swear somebody is taking them out of the cases before they go on the shelf. The highlite of my existance is Value Village, When we go visit my Daughters at University we go to Value Village which is a second hand charity store. A bag of 4 to 6 diecast costs $1.99. some times you can score some early HW's reines or lesney MB's or at least Macau MB's. Sometimes something a little more scarce like a yatming or a Tootsie. Often get Majorette's whch I have been hoarding lately. I don't know why, There really not an attractive casting for the most part. to wide and to strange of tires, they stick out like a sore thumb.

I like Majorettes myself. Any pics of your Majorette collection? |
