I came up with the idea of this pic quite awhile ago. Now that I have the proper equipment, I made my idea come to fruition. 2 exceptions with this; there's no '66 Impala (C'MON RC2!!) and the '62 is a Bel Air.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

Nice collection of Impalas there! Definitely a cool idea for a photo-op. My only suggestion is that you need some more light for your pictures. While the pics can be lightened up a bit in Photoshop, it's just easier to work with more light in the first place. I've been using the floodlights in the living room... combined with the two desk lamps in the living room, and the ceiling lights too (and the camera's flash of course!). Ever since I went to that layout my pictures have increased in their quality. I know some folks have a little portable setup with lights and mirrors built in, which is perfect for taking pics of cars, but I'm not quite to that level yet.

Not trying to be a "downer", but I can't honestly think "Impala's" without thinking of Big John...... the guy was an absolute nut for the big beasts

Another reason to like him. An Impala guy, He will be missed. I enjoyed his posts so much and his creativity with plastic and diecast. James |
