The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

Since the '70s cars thread was well received, and some '80s cars were mentioned, I figured I'd set up a thread for that. '81-'83 Chrysler Imperial '83-'86 Mercury Cougar '80-'88 AMC Eagle 4WD station wagon '82-'86 Toyota Celica Supra '87-'92 Toyota Supra '88 Pontiac Fiero '89 Ford Probe |

Glad you asked, Sean! Here's the car my Dad owned just before buying a new '86 Grand National 1982 Chevy Citation X-11 (his was charcoal gray with a maroon interior )![]() The first new car I ever bought was an '82 Mazda 626 LX (this is an '81 without my aluminum factory rims, but the same color) ![]() Did somebody say '89 Probe? I almost bought a red GT that year (turbo 4 cyl)! |

Actually, I forgot that the first new car I ever bought - technically - was the '77 Z28 Camaro that I never did take possession of (car was crushed and scrapped

I've heard this story before, but not everyone has. Why don't you share it with the board? |

I forgot all about the Taurus sho till Sak mentioned it. I remember someone at my high school had a 1st gen sho and that was a sweet looking ride. That was one of the best casual looking high horsepower output cars ever made. A definite sleeper on the streets. |

I was going to suggest the saab! Theres a couple of castings, majorette and del prado IIRC, but a decent 1:64 would be good. |
