Anybody else on here planning to attend the 2009 Super Convention in Las Vegas. I just bought my tickets at www.spinyourtires.com. I can't wait, this will be the first convention I've ever attended and my first time to Vegas. I might have so much fun I may never want to come home. :happydance:

Hey Swifty, thanks for the welcome. I can see I'm gonna lke it here. As far as the Convention goes, you can get all of the info at spinyourtires, or, join Diecastspace.com, they are the ones hosting the event. They are offering loads of goodies. Plus, the celebs on hand are supposed to be George Barris, Big Lou Tanahara, Carson Lev, Jay Leno and a bunch more. Man, I am sooo excited, it's going to be held at the Hooters Hotel and Casino which means tons of fun. Let me know after you check it out if your gonna attend. Thanks again for the welcome, TTYL.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make it. Too short of notice, and on top of that the Keystone CARnival is in early April.

But I hope your event is successful.

I am going and I purchased "GOLD TICKETS" for the wife and myself so I will be getting double the goodies, and I get all the special perks of the convention.
Tom "Z" will be there and he will be honored at the "Die-cast Hall of Fame" dinner. Greenlight is a sponsor and will be doing a car from what I have heard. M2 may be doing a car too, the rumor is they may debut a new Muscle Cars series at this event. The organizers of the event are trying to get Johnny Lightning to do a car also.
Tom Daniel is on the confirmed Celeb. list too. I am very excited about this event and hope the Gold Ticket pays off, actually it does anyway as I added up airfare, hotel, food, transportation, and 2 cheap tickets, already adds up to the price I paid for the tickets.
