Hello all! I finally got confirmation from the hotel (Holiday Inn of Lancaster County in Denver, PA) so I can release some info regarding the next Keystone Diecast Carnival!

The date will be April 18th & 19th! Yes, I got the room all day on Saturday the 18th and half of the day on Sunday the 19th!

I also got rates approved. They are not as good as last years rates but not that far off.
(new management) The rates for 2009 will be $59.00 a night! Still a very good rate for this area, especially for that hotel! They blocked 30 rooms for the event.

I will post more info as it is available!

OK guys, I just got 2 messages saying that the weekend that I have chosen is Easter weekend. Blasted phone calendar with no holiday descriptions!! I will confirm the date with the hotel but we should plan on the weekend after that. April 18th & 19th

Thanks Mark and Rick!

So Nick, what's the word? Is KDC standing at the 4th and 5th? Please consider a weekend after Easter if there are any available at the hotel.

Earlier works much better for me as opposed to later. 4th & 5th is great, if that won't work please head into late March, not late April...

OK guys. Sorry for the poor response here. I have been out of it for a while.
I spoke to the hotel and we moved the weekend to the 17th, 18th & 19th of APRIL.
