I am presuming this is the same base #21 casting as those with the tampos and #8 gumball - he asked quietly. Are there any resources as to the date of issue for Tomica out there?

There were a lot of variations... beginning July 1977 and running until at least 1997 (the publication date of the second volume of the Variation Guide)
