Micro Machines did one in their range back in the late '80s/early '90s, and since they're much smaller than 1/64, I guess they'd technically be small scale. ;)
Micro Machines actually did the Tucker in two of their lines. The regular line, and the "Micro Lights" series with the head and tail lights that light up.

Oh yes, I have the light up version as well! Best choice for their light up series in my opinion as that was one of the Tucker's most distinctive features.

For anyone interested, the green model on the left is Hot Wheels Classics #5. The middle one was issued about 15 years ago as Lion Models in kit form in Germany by Baron von Dobeneck ( no longer available) and the red one on the right is the elusive model by Summer which I have never seen here on the US East Coast .

Just for the record, according to the company's website http://www.lion-models.de/elionlis.htm, the Lion Models Tucker is still available as of January 2009.

Between the Tucker and the Stutz limo, they definitely cast some surprising choices! That Stutz is awesome!

Lion Models are kits made of what appears to be white metal. The body casting is 1 piece . There are 4 wheels and a vacuum formed window insert thus making the kit very easy to build.
About 2 years ago I asked a fellow collector in Austria to order the Studebaker Speedster for me. He reported he was told it was no longer available and I thusly assumed none of the other
kits were either. I hope they are for anyone that may want one. I obtained my model in about the early 1990s . With shipping from Germany, I seem to recall it cost in the area of $30 back then. I agree , the Stutz Limo is also very tempting! If anyone in Europe can research the availability from the Baron, maybe we can get a large order together here in the States to save postage costs? I could be interested! Anyone else?

Anybody here that is local to the Baron and can speak with him? Your help is apparently desperately needed!!! I too would be possibly interested in the Stutz and Studebaker if still available. ( Depending of final cost) But if they are we could save a large amount of postage costs by piggybacking together. I have done this previously on new Sikus, etc. It does work!
I would be interested in handling the receiving end here in the US and would be glad to collect the payments here from other interested collectors. Last time I ordered from him, he required an International Money Order. Maybe now paypal can be used?

I think it would be easiest if you contact the manufacturer directly. The current terms and conditions are found on the following page:
