Support your local demo derby.

Early cars from the 20th century are really lacking in small scale.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
This was made by High Speed. Some were offered as part of a "Reader's Digest" promotion.

I have 4 of those High Speed castings that I picked up somewhere, 2 have HIGH SPEED on the base and 2 don't, 2 of them also don't have what type of vehicle there are supposed to be a replica of. Thanks for posting this thread it unlocked another piece of my garage's mystery cars

When the model was conceived, the company's name was not High Speed yet, but Wondrie.

The model is actually of a Peugeot type 92, obviously a downsized copy of the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear model of the same car. Summer copied it too, in a slightly larger scale than High Speed, but still smaller than the Matchbox original.

I believe these facts make the 92 probably the pre-WW I Peugeot model with the most small-scale diecast renditions...
