I would've liked a good civilian version, too...like in that bright solid tan. About two weeks ago, one of the tan ones began hanging out on my street. Let me put it this way: the techs in my place would rather pig out on a Burger King breakfast than fix one of these...

I love a BK breakfast once or twice a week. And I would rather have dental surgury then have to fix one of these. We had a VW Van when I was a young un, You had to have 2 elbows and a wrist like the space shuttle arm to work in the engine compartment.

I am just wondering where they put the Emergency tech, in teh back with the patient, there really isn't much room in the back, particularily head room. Nice casting though, almost looks like the doors open. Edited by James, Feb 28 2009, 01:19 AM.

This one, and the pizza van are different toolings. Yes, James, the tailgate opens. Access for an ambulance, though, would be unsatisfactory for an emergency. One that usually arises after eating breakfast at Burger King. Man, you must have a cast iron stomach!
