As far as diecasts, I think a $3-$5 peg car is now better than most premium cars (such as RCCA) were just 6 or 7 years ago, thanks to details added and good computer applied tampos. And don't forget, the actual car graphics are much more intense and complicated due to computers and the diecasts have to follow suit to be authentic. Those free cars in the General Mills cereals just a year ago had beautiful and perfectly applied graphics, much better than premium priced cars bought by mail order or at rack track trailers not many years ago.
