You've got to be kidding me! Never saw anything like that before. Who made these and where could one find them at back in the day?
It is a "Matchbox Auto Park" I think the copyright date on the box was 1967. It is battery operated and rotates, there is a ramp on the rear(not visible) that when you press a button it dumps the car onto the ramp and rolls out the bottom left corner. As well as the small dot below the sticker lights up red yellow and green as it rotates.
