A battle that must have been hard fought on the pegs in Japan in the early 70s.

As you can see, their approaches were rather similar. Here we have the Cherica Subaru Sambar going head to head with the Tomica Honda N3 360:

Since I've never seen one in person- are Chericas closer to Siku size? Or did they just make their truck castings a bit bigger than Tomica's?
