I like this guys lack of style
street bangers are standlake's revamped limited contact rookie banger formet, with a 1500cc FWD limit and 1600cc RWD limit. This was my first trip to see these in action, as I was offered a free lift and I didn't come away disappointed

Aside from the usual bilge such as Protons, Fiestas Escrots and Sunnys there was also a rather nice Capri, 2 Austin Maestros, a BMW 3 Series and an unusual Fiat Strada piloted by Daz 10 off here, and Brian had a Fiesta (spot the shameless self-promotion)

fresh-ish

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
Looks like a fun day of racing! How'd Daz and Brian do?

brian did well, the Fiesta just gave up the ghost after taking a battering all day, the Fiat was a liability, it had an electrical fault in the first heat which immobilised it, the second heat it broke its rotor arm clean off and needed a bodge to get it going again, and then in the long marathon race they put on it broke the driveshaft

Support your local demo derby.

Daz's ride looks like it didn't take too much damage. The #49 car is my favorite in terms of looks. #230 appears to have had some wheel issues. lol

Thanks for the pics and vid Mookie.
