street bangers are standlake's revamped limited contact rookie banger formet, with a 1500cc FWD limit and 1600cc RWD limit. This was my first trip to see these in action, as I was offered a free lift and I didn't come away disappointed Aside from the usual bilge such as Protons, Fiestas Escrots and Sunnys there was also a rather nice Capri, 2 Austin Maestros, a BMW 3 Series and an unusual Fiat Strada piloted by Daz 10 off here, and Brian had a Fiesta (spot the shameless self-promotion) fresh-ish ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

brian did well, the Fiesta just gave up the ghost after taking a battering all day, the Fiat was a liability, it had an electrical fault in the first heat which immobilised it, the second heat it broke its rotor arm clean off and needed a bodge to get it going again, and then in the long marathon race they put on it broke the driveshaft |

Daz's ride looks like it didn't take too much damage. The #49 car is my favorite in terms of looks. #230 appears to have had some wheel issues. lol Thanks for the pics and vid Mookie.
