The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

I think there are a lot of other variations on this one, but I don't have any unfortunately. I also wanted to add that close-up shot of the driver is an awesome pic!

Somehow I imagined that there would be picture contributions to this one like a common car. Majorette used to be my favorite but I didn't realize how many people really didn't even hear about it. |

We know about them here at the Garage. As for me, Majorette stopped importing to the States before I was old enough to really preserve any of my die-cast and I have no exmaples left. |

I actually do have a lot of Majorettes, but I concentrate mostly on cars and light trucks. I will get buses and trucks periodically, but they have to be closer to true 1/64 scale. This one is well under 1/100 and too far out of scale for my collecting tastes. That said I do remember seeing lots of different versions of this one over the years, and I wish I had picked up a couple now so I could show you a few of them.

My two posted here are from twelve years ago making me... Seven years old. Already back then I was lucky enough to have enough of an obsession of polishing and not scratching my cars. Though some cars show major playtime, my Majorette shows lots of polishing and such.
I'll have to agree with you on the 1/64 sizing for busses especially. I rarely see them here in my city, unless I get hobby shop ones but they're either extreme prices or all plastic. It's always a pity when you collect products in general, and can never expect when they're just gonna disappear one day.
What is it?
Does the red one have any tampo on it? Or is it just like the green and white one where it's plain? 1/87 was cast into the base, so I assumed it is what it is. |

Any idea what make and model it is? I have an old one that just says "Airport Express on the side". Whatever the model is, I once did a bit of research and I think this might be some type of Neoplan brand bus. |

That would be my guess since Majorette did do a Neoplan bus in the 300 series. I used to have a bunch of these but they went early these downsizing days. |
