I was invited to a friends house over the weekend to play at a rock festival he promoted in Pineville West Virginia, called "Reichert's Rock on the Range"... About 5 hours drive from Columbus, Ohio... More than twice as many people showed up as expected, about 750 estimated... We built our own stage and several hometown bands as well as my band played non stop from Friday night at 9:00 pm to Sunday mornning about 9:00 am... We had several sponsers for the event, which my favorite was Domino's Pizza... They faithfully delivered small pick up truck loads of pizza every 12 hours... Pure fun, fun, fun !!!

Awesome! I'm glad you had fun, fun, fun! But did you play that song, and if so, did daddy take the T-Bird away? ;)

How much time did you spend playing?

Not at all James... I was full of pizza, and even slept on the ground in a sleeping bag two nights in a row... No aches and pains and ready to go each next morning !!! Was sure a great time, I felt 20 years old again !!!

No Swifty, No one knew that song... That was way before the boys time I was jamming with... But the police did tow my van in for being parked too far on the road... No real hassle though, just had to go to the police station and show the permit and said we were unloading, then they released my van !!!
Still a great time !!!

Sounds like a great time! You have to post up a vidio or sound file of the band one day!

That is so cool! Your doing what I dreamed of doing (thirty some years ago). Sounds like you had a blast. What songs that you play are your favorites?
