I was going through my PB pics and came across these. I believe most of them were done in 2006 because just about all of them went home in our first Johnny Jam event in goodie bags. I love the Zingers and Spoilers and just have a blast making my own. Nothing has been repainted. I'm perfectly happy using the casting as is. Of course I can't resist adding the decals. Also did a few road racing type cars (I wish JL or somebody would do something like these).

I still have this one. Body is a JL T-Jet.

Here are my versions of the Spoilers, although it does vary somewhat from what the originals look like.

These started out destined to have the meatball, but I ran out of number decals.

Excellent! It's amazing what you can do with decals. I remember seeing some of those at JJam.

I remember many of these from the first postings. Thanks for throwing them up again, just as much fun seeing them all over! Super work!

Thanks for the comments guys! If I ever get around to building a spray booth I may try my hand more often at painting, but for now, decals do the job for me.

Sak, I had fun doing the Mini and was happy with how it came out. I wish I could remember where I bought it and what brand name it was so I could get a few more. This one move to a good friends house quite a while ago. I think I still have one (may be hard to find) in an olive green.

The Mini is a MotorMax casting. They used to be available at Dollar General for about $.50 each. I think Toys R Us may have some in "Fast lane" packaging now.

I have three different color variations of the Motor Max Mini. I think TRU's doing away with the Motor Max in 1:64, so you're gonna have to take your chances at flea markets and the like.
