Whenever I find a civilian Playart Caprice anywhere, it's got broken axles. This one was originally in metallic red, so, it's basically a simple resto with new tires and axles.

And most of the ones out there are squad cars.

This one looks fabulous in civilian colors!

Guess I shouldn't mention that I had a sky blue Caprice as a kid that got into an "accident." Looking at this one, it really was a great casting...shame I killed it. :(
