Support your local demo derby.

Looks like a nasty hit. Was it put on by a professional derby driver?

No, by a Mitsubishi Starion going through a red light.

Did you see that high speed chase in the Los Vegas area earlier this week on CNN, I believe it was a Nissan that met a FORD at an intersection.

Too bad we don't have a Tomica Starion for the yard... ;)

Also, how'd you get the damage so realistic on this one? Looks perfect!

It was ridiculously simple- putting it into the vice at an angle. Did the same thing with the HW GTI, made a nice crispy gouge in front.

Looks very good but slightly out of place on that tiny truck.

I'm looking for that RWR rollback, but like every other Matchbox I want, I can't find it anywhere around here!

Dave, this was a spur-of-the-moment. I used a paint stirring stick from Home Depot, cut it to size, painted it black, and put a lightbar on top from an Ertl Pontiac Bonneville. I took the stake box, and attached it to what once was a #48 Dodge Dump truck. We're happy all around.
