Support your local demo derby.

This is among the best action I've ever seen from the Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, Illinois.

It's worth the trouble to watch it in HD mode. Killer hits and super fast action. This isn't a derby for the faint of heart. :D Enjoy.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I've heard of Route 66 Raceway! Their events are insane! Great video, thanks for posting it.

What's the really old wagon that Reckoning was using in the finals?

Support your local demo derby.

Sure looks like a pre '65 Newport wagon, I'd guess a '63 or '64 model.

Here's a '62? Newport wagon I saw last year at a car show.

They have slighty different door handles and the one at the car show is older cause of the fins. The one from the derby is definitely a 'pre '65 Mopar. It's not a Ford or GM product, that's for sure.

I like this guys lack of style
heh think thats one of the first properly decent demo derby vids I've seen, just shows how much better it gets when people aren't scared of using the front end of their car :P
