![]() Today's van of the day is Corgi's '68 Ford Transit MK1 'Martin Walter' camper. ![]()
![]() For more information and pictures of the real can please vist http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Transit ![]() This van is another one of my customs. The opening rear doors on these models are sometimes missing so I was lucky to find this one with the door still attached, although for some reason Corgi chose to never paint the rear door on these models, instead leaving it as bare metal. The model is quite small in size, but the casting is very good with plenty of detail.

Nice work JA on the custom. Great pics of a well worn Ford, Jermaine. Add this to castings I've never seen before. |

New casting?? Quick! Take it apart!
|
Good seeing a very interesting casting that I knew nothing about, and then seeing an original worn down copy turned into a custom repaint. |
| I used to be a genius, but I found out it's a lot less work and more fun to be a redneck. | |

Nice work James! I wonder why Corgi decided to leave the back door unpainted? |
