Just a head's up to let everyone know that George is in the hospital, but he should be coming home today if all goes well.

We're all thinking of you and wishing for a speedy recovery!

I'm finally home. 9 days in the hospital's not good for any human. I'm very happy to be home. What this was, was the diabetes disaster that I knew would come someday, pure and simple.

Thanks to all for the good wishes. It's good to be back. You're all a great bunch! -G

It's good to be home. Kind of a hairy time, with finances and stuff. One side effect of it all is that my eyes have become farsighted. Everything up close is blurred. My endocrinologist says it's temporary.

I have a wound vac attached to me that's not working well at the moment. The visiting nurse comes in this morning, hopefully that can be worked out.

Because of the finances I can't go pegging for a while. Which is too bad, since I wanted an Ambulance, but that's fine. I'm told I'm lucky that it didn't turn out much worse...

Diabetes can be difficult to wrok with. My Partner has it and is constantly monitering his sugar levels. He has a *bad* habit of skipping breakfast...with unpleasant consequences.

Glad you are back home...Take care Friend.
