Support your local demo derby.

I stumbled upon a company called Diecast Promotions not too long ago and saw on their website that they were selling a 1/64 scale semi-trailer that had 1/64 concrete K/Jersey barriers. Within a week or so, I found an OLD that sold not only the semi, but also the Jersey barriers separately as well! Been looking for someone to make some of these for years and finally it's reality! So I bought the semi-trailer which had 12 Jersey barriers plus two twelve packs for my derby dio. These were basically a Christmas present for myself. The box arrived this morning, only 4 days after my payment arrived.

If anyone is interested, here's the place i found them at. Pretty reasonable prices and prompt shipping.

Jaydeez Scale Models

Anyway, i only have a handful of derby cars with me at the moment. The others are somewhere in the Keystone state being tweaked i think . . .

So onto the pics. :D

A roundback bowtie takes on a '68 Thunderbird. The Jersey barriers look pretty scale correct.

Eventually i want to do a proper diorama of a derby track and a full pit area with trucks/trailers, John Deere tractors & pull off trucks along with other equipment as well. The concrete barriers themselves are just under 2" in length. The overall dimensions of this setup, just the track itself, is about 10" wide by 28" in length. This is compatible with most of the real derby tracks in my area.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I'm digging it! I've always wanted to see pics of your layout! I will need some of those Jersey barriers eventually myself.
