Here's one that is pretty nice for the price. And since it is an RC casting I never actually got, I didn't have any qualms adding it to my collection.

The wheels look good. And the tires (old RC versions as they are) are rubber.

Plastic hood comes off, as I have heard did the older RC version.

And the color scheme is not bad with it's matching wheels. However, noticing the Packard was also a shade of green, I wondered if this was just a coincidence, or if we will see more classics introduced in green?

New casting? Quick! Take it apart!
Nice find. I'll add one of these if I can find one. I wish there were more classics made by the casting companies. I know they're not very popular as mainline peg cars, due to the era they are from, but cars like these when displayed together look very interesting. I'm pleased that JL has re-vamped this RC casting and it is now available.

This Jl edition to me looks alot better than the earlie RC version. The enhancement of painted headlights and 2 tone effect really set it off!

Support your local demo derby.

Like stated above, never saw this casting as an RC to start with so it's a must buy for me as well. Great to see a car from this era in the JL line and love the material matter.

I like it, but I hope they make some paint variations and black fenders.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
That's actually pretty nice! I'm disappointed the hood is plastic (as its hard to match the same color on plastic to metal) but I digress.
