So.........tough......to......choose.......just......one! They all are winners, but I'm going to go with the Golf GTI. Sean, what was the theme to this week?

I think the reason why I love the -'80s is the crisp and clean approach they took to these castings. Today it seems the cars are cluttered with much unneeded tampos and such.

'80s Matchbox cars. ;) Casting and car had to be from the '80s. I wasn't sure about the Rover but when I checked the base, sure enough it was 1980 so it was selected. I'm shocked that neither the Pug nor Merc has a single vote yet!

My favorite of this bunch was hard, and if not for how much I wanted that particular Baja Bouncer as a kid, I'd have been beating myself up trying to pick a winner. Instead I went for the Ford truck. Longtime want, finally have....hard to say no to it.

I'm surprised to see the Saab got so many votes. Was it nostalgia? I'd have probably voted for it too if it hadn't have been that horrible blue version.

New casting? Quick! Take it apart!
JAMES AUTO, I think it's because the SAAB casting looks well done and features are distinct, despite the bright color. The plain paint scheme shows off how well the casting appears, and it doesn't have the clunky-crude look of some of the other selections.

I see NUTHOUSE chose a car which is painted exactly the way he described his dislikes.
