![]() ![]() HW's 1966 Ford Fairlane donated this nice wreck. It met a 16 Hammer at full speed and a little rust paint. Side cutters flattened the tires. A little STop Light red for the rear lights and some white to bring out the headlites and she is ready for a junkyard. Pity there was no collision insurance |

![]() ![]() This one is not quite finished as I have not added the details to it yet. It hit a 6 inch vise at high speed. The driver was not seriously injured as she had her seat belt on. This brings to 6 the number of yellow wrecks I have made. |

You need to get a Hot Wheels Monster Jam Grave Digger to park on top of all of them. The Fairlane in particular looks spectacular as a junk car. As an added bonus, most Monster Jam events paint the sets of junk cars- normally blue, red, and/or yellow. |

CRUNCH! Both look great in a destructive way. I really like the way the windshields spidered. Nice job! Great tip on the flat tires. I need to try that also.

To spider web a window, I take a X-acto knife, the blade with the sharp point and very carefully just scratch the window randomly. You can very quickly cover the windshield with fine scratch lines. To flatten the hard plastic tires I take my electricians side (wire) cutters. Use 7 or 8 inch ones as teh smaller ones don't open enough. And cut the black part of the tire off just below the chrome rim. It is not perfect as you loose the flatness of the tire, but it isn't bad.

No worries on the Mustang, my comment was going to be 'too much rust for such a new car- the '70s and '80s cars had rust problems but they were mostly solved by the '90s and definitely by the '00s. |
