Wish me luck guys.
$200 for two boxes, and I just got the starter month for Chantix.

Like my doctor told me Friday. Mine isnt a matter of if but a matter of when. I hope I can pull it off this time.

Support your local demo derby.

Best of luck to you Bob in quiting. My cousins wife quite cold turkey a few years ago after she found out she had lung cancer. Luckily she made it through surgery and is still smoke & cancer free. It might cost you a small fortune in quiting, but it's better than not trying.

Just think of all the extra coin you will have after you get off the meds...... You could support another vice, like diecast collecting.....

Best of Luck with the challenge.
You can beat this

Can you see what I'm saying?
You can do it!

I used Chantix to stop. It was a long and hard road which took me over a year (I stopped and restarted at least 3 times), but finally in the summer of 2008 I was free of the burden. I have remained free since. I admit that I get cravings really badly still to this day, but they pass quickly and they only seem to happen when I am around smokers so I try to distance myself when possible. In time, I'm certain these will pass.

I will send good thoughts your way! It's not easy, but I know you will be able to kick them! The most important part of stopping is telling yourself that it's not a matter of luck but rather that you can do it and that you will do it.

Best wishes Bob.

Quitting this habit is winning. Some people say quitters are losers, but that doesn't apply to people who quit smoking. Stay focused on being a WINNER and you will kick the habit.

On September 28th it will be 20 years for me.

If you really want to quit, you will. You'll find a way. The desire absolutely has got to be there, though...it's key.

Best of luck to you in this venture again.

We're all behind you on this, and we know you can do it!

I started at sixteen and stopped at eighteen, because I really didn't see the point in smoking anymore.

I wish you well. It's a hard thing to do, but totally worth it.

I kicked the habit in 2000 and haven't looked back. As Celicababy said I also get cravings but they always pass.
