I figure I post some pics of my TV/Movie Car Collection. I have one more but my son demolished my 1/18 Knight Rider K.I.T.T. and I'm going to have to way a while to get another because the price of them are out of my range.....LOL My son is 2 yrs old and I just have to wait to pay him back when he gets to be a teenager. Now, I'm not the best picture taker but I hope they are clear enough for you folks to enjoy.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

My 1/18 collection took a beating during the big earthquake that hit Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico back on Easter Sunday. My Knight Rider KITT sustained unrepairable, "fatal" damage. Most of my collection ended up on the floor, tumbling from their shelves. Fortunately, most were undamaged, and the majority of those which were damaged, were fixable. My most costly losses were the KITT car, which won't be replaced, based on cost, and also the fact that Greenlight makes an 80's Firebird that I now have (I really only had KITT as a Firebird representative, not as a TV car), and my Ertl Chevy Suburban 2500 4x4, which is now the second copy of that model which I've lost due to wheels breaking off. May not replace that one, based on cost, and the apparent weak plastic holding the wheels in place. The Welly Suburban 1500 4x2 will have to suffice. But, back to your topic! The pics look great! Thanks for showing! Dean |

Sorry to hear that you lost some of your cars in a earthquak. I know when we had a hurricane coming a couple of years ago. I was in a frantic mode trying to rebox my 1/18 scale cars. My mom and wife thought I was nuts and had better things to secure...lol Which i had already did and didn't waste anytime to worry about the little details. I least with a hurricane I had some notice. I can imagine earthquaks are not predictable and you didn't have that chance. Never say never as for replacing them due to cost. I always try to think I'll run into one heck of a deal. I know about overdue..lol |
