This marquee was introduced by Toyota to represent the lowend costline in their hierarchy in the US. Both minvans and small sedan coupes have been produced and the brand appears to be successfully marketed to date.

Matchbox has issued a model in small scale of this brsnd.

Support your local demo derby.

Maisto I think has done the XB as well.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
Tomica has done the Toyota bB (Japanese Domestic Market model of the same car).

There have been four Scion models. The xB, xA, xD, and tC. The first generation xB has been represented by Matchbox, Maisto, Maisto All-Stars, Jada, and Hot Wheels. The Toyota badged bB version has been done by Tomica, and Bandai. The second generation xB is scheduled to be in the Maisto line. The xA has only been done as the Toyota version, which is the Toyota ist, made by Tomica (in the Tomica Junior line, and in the main line, but only as a Pokemon altered car), and also by Konami. The xD, which was just a redesigned and re-named xA, has yet to be done in small scale. The tC coupe was done by Jada. A larger, plastic transformer tC was released by Maisto, but it was too large, and the robot pieces did not fit well together in the car form, so I do not consider it.

Here are some pictures:
