My 1:64 Yatmings 12/10; Yatming 1:64 photos

Here are my YATMING 1:64's. Condition of some is far from great but they were all .10 to .50. I scavenge yard sales and thrift stores mostly, and made one bulk haul of 250+ cars (all brands) from a junk dealer last year for $100, including many of these Yatmings and about 50 vintage Hot Wheels from the 70's & 80's.

Hope you all can find something here you haven't seen before!

I can use ID numbers on the 3 trucks, also a brand name for the green truck.

I have other angle shots of all these as well.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
Wow! I see a few color schemes I've never seen before! And I never knew Yat Ming did that Chinook? helicopter, either.

Not sure about the brand of the green semi cab though. I wish I could help!

Support your local demo derby.

Very cool finds. The light blue '53 Caddy convertible is a harder to find casting. The '76 Caddy is a copy of a Tomica casting. The Jag is a copy of a MB model I think - Swifty can clarify that. Great scores for all of them being $0.50 or less.

Thanks! The copter is a Boeing Vertol CH-46 Sea Knight Helicopter (wikipedia photos!!!) The desert camo pack also included a missile launcher version of the LAV tank; mine's missing the launcher so I didn't post it, the base is the same.

You're 100% correect- the E-Type is not a copy of the Matchbox casting. At that period Yat Ming was definitely known for making scaled down copies of other cars (the #1024 Boss Mustang is a copy of the Matchbox Superfast '73, and that's why it's so tiny!). The E-Type is likely a copy of something in the 1/24, 1/36, or 1/43 scales, or perhaps even a model kit.

The green truck I am 95% certain is a GMC or possibly Chevy cabover, mid 60's. Compared to Ford cabovers of the era, there's not a lot of them out there.

Sweet haulage!

I'm loving the military stuff, the Caddy and the Jag.
