I love the LUV! Camo works for that model. I picture it not in a military environment (where it would never be able to withstand the rigors such a vehicle is subjected to) but as a redneck ride sitting in a trailer park.

The Citroen and Volvo sedans would be my picks of the litter here, because I need both for my collection! :)

I have the camo Luv, and funny thing is, I had the same thoughts as Swifty when I got mine!

Its called a hunting truck. A hunter would put his dogs in the back going to and coming from, unless hes got bucks enough to have a cage mounted in the back for the dogs. I see a lot of old trucks around here that look a whole lot like that...and trailer park folks aren't the only ones that go hunting. Most trailer park folk can't afford to... ;)

I like that LUV too, but I like the Citroen better. And is that blue car a Duster?

And is that blue car a Duster?
The base labels it a Plymouth, but the actual nose is a Dart Sport.

we will have to go with sean's id on the blue one.no car name on the base.only has yat ming no.1057 made in thailand.
none of the cars after the 4 trucks have names on the bases.all where made in thailand but one.
the one is the citron.it doesn't even show where it was made.just yat ming and no 1063.
while on the citron.one of the above post says its ok for missing some parts.i dont see where any parts broke off.so what is missing?

The post was regarding the Chevrolet Citation (the orange 2-door with "Boom" on the roof, #1024), which is missing part, or all, of the chrome headlights and grille piece up front, and the chrome tail-lights piece in the back.

I thought it looked familiar, we just got done covering that one not too long back...

Support your local demo derby.

Dan, if you ever find a Yatming without a name for the model but it does include a casting number, use the Yatming list that's pinned in this forum to help ID models. The comprehinsive Yatming list here on the Garage is the best you'll find for any forum on the interwebs.

Thank You Wes for clearing that up for these folks. Now, if had a lift kit and the truck bed and inside the truck was filled with old beer cans then you might be a redneck....LOL

I like the Chevy LUV also. I would have to repaint it a different color. Maybe a pale yellow but aged. Yellow was a very common color on those trucks.

Well, I stand corrected. But I'd love to have the LUV and would not repaint it. I'd make sure to put some of the JL dogs in the bed and make sure it's ready for hunting season!

Not quite pale, but yellow was one of the colors available on the Yat Ming Luv
