No, this is #1084. There's another C4 that is #1038, which lacks the opening doors of this one.

The 800 series was a budget line, and have the front interior seats molded from indents in the plastic bases (meaning, if you look on the base, you will see two rectangular indentations, where the seats were formed). The 800 series also has dark windshields and rear windows, to hide that there are no dashboards or rear seats. Here's a picture that has the #809 Corvette (lime green, center), as well as the door-cast-shut #1038 Corvette (orange), which has clear windows, and a separate interior piece.
