i picked the 2nd one today.it seemed to be different.see what you think..

1025 Ferrari BB512
a.neon green/orange.clear glass.cream interior.w/blue/white "G/25" tampos.
black plastic base w/made in china only. w/pw.
b.neon/red.same as a. w/pw.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
Looks like the one on the left has a thicker application of paint compared to the one on the right. That said, it almost looks like the one on the right is shorter in length than the one on the left.

Also the rear on the right is a bit more rounded, and the vents on the front "hood" area are better defined. Possible tooling mods?

both castings are the same length.this is what i see:
left: rear orangish/red. right: solid red.
left: roof tampo has a narrow bar and wide bar.
right:roof tampo has two bars of the same size.
left:hood tampo is blue..right:hood tampo is very dark blue.
i would say the one on the right was issued when the diecast was very new.all the lines are sharp and crisp.
i think the left was made late in the diecast's life.
