This project has been in the planning stages for awhile, and with all the wrecks and assorted mishaps on my layouts- badly needed. i finally got around to converting an older set-up for it's use. (The tunnel entrance/exit dio is getting re-built) I designed it to be a front lot with some pole buildings, and a lot in the rear- which serves as the 'graveyard'. Hope you enjoy a little tour around: "Auto Salvage Heaven" 1/64 scale Junkyard

thanks 4 the comments- this project was actually pretty easy, because a generic layout for the front (it has been used for several set-ups) and i converted the tunnel entrance/exit layout for the rear 'graveyard'. I did run short on wrecks for a yard of this magnitude... but of course that's what hammers are for.

i picked up two of those blue Majorette vans a long time ago- never really liked the cheesy rear doors or wheels. Maybe i'll do a wheel swap on the other one?
