This is a program Snowowl posted on another topic called Sqirlz water effects A free download The link is on Bobs water topic . The reason i even tried this was i was curious why Bobs water would not move. I figured it was this program so had to check it out. There is a hard way and easy way to do things .Reading tutorials is not my thing a picture makes it a little easier to follow. My wife likes to learn new things but not read how. So i try things that really dont interest me and see if i can show her how to do something. This program she likes but finds it hard to do . So this part of the program she has no problem , it took about 4 hours to take screen shots and do this tutorial . So that is a good way to learn by the time she got it done and redone and corrected mistakes she remembered every step l.o.l. She started by making a couple of copys of the picture she used .Just in case you mess one up or lose it. The picture was 640 by 480 the bigger picture the longer it takes . The picture before was 100 k.b . After it was done 3.17 m.b. A gif file takes a lot of space . Picture heavy . ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well seems like a lot of stuff just for one picture. Yes you can spend a few hours trying to figure it out. After my wife did this tutorial and got the idea in her head it is not difficult. This picture took about 5 minutes to do. The first time i tried it about a hour trying to figure it out. l.o.l. Photoshop we had so she understood some of it but this is easier .Once i show her something ,like a kid with a new toy plays around with it gets bored and Jim what else can this program do? She would never think of reading the tutorials that is boring.l.o.l. There is a advantage to this program over the pictures she did for Stangfreak they are small this program you can use larger pictures .But the lighting effect the other program has is the reason she used that plus never had this program till yesterday l.o.l. ![]() |
