these 2 are part of some cars i purchased from e bay.they are European issues.after getting them i "e mailed"the seller.he told me they are blister pulls from his collection.

now for the opinions.i took a picture of all four rims..and i can find not any signs that there was ever any chrome on the rims of the 2nd car pictured.
did yat ming copy HWs and issued cars with black rims?

Chrome is worn off. Yat Ming never did black rims.

I guess if it had been in a flood 20 years ago and pulled from the blister then dried in a dryer with rocks. I'd tell him you need some cash back or you're gonna contact ebay.

i knew it was in beat up condition.i was saying he had opened it a long time ago.
it was part of group of cars i purchased from him.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
His memory is definitely wrong. The chrome fades on some Yat Mings over time with playwear. I've never seen any come from the factory with blacked out rims.

Some of the YM rims the chrome rubs off even after light playing. Contact ebay now.
