The vehicle with the broken wheel is a 2014 Nissan Infinit. From the looks of it, it seems like it's been in a drifting accident, and had a rollover twice (explains the broken windows)

It's an Infiniti G37, which for a time at least was the US's version of the Nissan Skyline. It also can't possibly be a 2014, as this thread was made way back in 2011 (quite a long time in Internet years).

Also, juantoo is pointing out how you post in threads that have not been posted in for years (ie, dead threads). "Thread necromancy" is vernacular for this practice.
