The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

Nice new additions! I'm guessing the Impala and the pair of Tahoes are the new Jada castings? I haven't seen them yet. |

Yes, and come to think of it Craftymore started a thread about these awhile back, and I posted a few shots... Dean-o-mite posted a bunch of good comparison shots which give you a much better idea of how BIG these are. i don't know how to link threads- but it is titled: "New Jada Police Series" The tahoes are BIG, but fit in well with my 1/50 stuff. personally, i think the chargers and CVPIs are kind of sloppy, and the impalas are HUGE, they dwarf the 1/50 scale vehicles. I know these are technically intended to be toys- like most diecast... but of course i wish they were done a little better (like mounting the lightbars over the B post) because even though they are way too big for 1/64 land... they have a lot of potential. They say the mind is the first thing to go... but now I don't remember who said that. |

GreenLights are true 1/64 scale where as Hot Wheels, Matchbox, JL, and Jada re all 'fit the blister' scale. Jadas blisters just tend to be bigger than the other companies' blisterpacks.

Swifty's right, and check out Craftymore's "new jada police series" thread- there are a lot of comparison shots posted. they only look appropriate in my pix because i used oversized (too big) JL, MBX, ertl, etc. and 1/50 scale trucks for the shots... ![]() Honolulu HI Police Department Chevy Impala Diecast by PMC 1stPix, on Flickr ![]() San Francisco CA, Police Department Tahoe Diecast by PMC 1stPix, on Flickr Let's not forget Greenlight: ![]() Ford Taurus Police Interceptor Demonstration Model: Greenlight Diecast by PMC 1stPix, on Flickr
