Where did you get that truck and the F 100 panel truck in the other shot? The truck is neat, I've just made up one from a 34 flat bed rear and 53 F100 front in 1/43 scale. Will post a shot of it later. Great display, by the way. Tempted to get some of my smaller scale F 100's out to play with. Most are still on cards so reluctant to do so. |

The stake's a current M2 release. It was so charming, I had to have it. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any other examples on the pegs. The panel's just a regular Matchbox issue of the 1955 Ford...repainted in a very emblematic mid '50s seafoam green. The M2 is so incredibly '50s, so outdoors, so happily American, like an old Life spread for Smucker's Jam. When a certain diecast model inspires things, indeed, you've got something special! |

I have your general store building as a 24-hour market in my dio. Yours is a darker color though. Great pics and thanks for sharing. |

New casting? Quick! Take it apart!

Although the signage says Washington, and the RR is the BNSF, it looks like it could be 20 minutes away from the Walt Whitman bridge in NJ. |

Until the formation of BNSF (BN before then) it would have been the Northern Paciific Railroad that ran through Coulee City, WA. I grew up about 60 miles east of Coulee City on Highway 2. I thought it was neat when M2 Machines came out with the little Ford stake truck tampoed for a "farm in Coulee City". It is a typical eastern Washington farm town so the created diorama is right on! |

Nice job! I enjoyed looking at all the pics and the cars you have in them. If it wasn't for the cows in the last pic, I would think they were all at a drive-in movie. |
