BMW workshops are a bit crazy in my opinion. So futuristic depending where you go.

You know, I used to own a BMW a couple years back. Fantastic Ultimate driving machine, but holy cow: something was always in need of service on that car! Usually just trim/interior feature stuff, but having to take that beast into service all the time killed the experience. Thankfully, it was certified pre-owned, so every repair only cost me the fuel and time to take it in to the nearest dealer (60 minutes away). But that was expensive enough for me.

One of our service writers at Audi used to console the customers with, "they're German cars. They're expensive. They break."
