As seen in this thread here, I recently managed to get a Majorette Rally Racing 3-Pack.![]() This item was purchased at a Canadian Toys R Us for $7.99 CAD. I was first impressed at the nature of the packaging, choice of cars, and the immediate recognition of licensed brands and companies depicted on these cars. My only disappointment was the lack of an interior on these pieces, but luckily these were not pitch black windows, but heavy tint that you could see through in little light. This pack was also chosen as it utilized two of Majorette's new wheels, which is nicely accented with Majorette's trademark suspension. (On all 3) The images of the real cars were found using all the sponsor logos, and event logos on the diecast example, therefore showing how accurate the pieces really are! (They even went to the extent of tampoing Nikko on the Peugeot mirrors backside!) Onto the cars! --- 2004 Peugeot 307 WRC REF:205D Scale: 1/58th This car is depicted in the Rallye Monte-Carlo 2004. Sponsors/Brands/Drivers: -Grönholm, Rautiainen -Finnish Flag -Eurodatacar -Michelin -Total -2004 Rallye Monte Carlo -Sparco -Peugeot Financement -NGK -Dynawork -OZ -Magneti Marelli -ESA Space Engineering -Clarion -Nikko -Maisto (That's WEIRD, first time I've ever seen the Maisto logo on a non-Maisto diecast car!) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() --- 2002 Peugeot 307 WRC REF:205B Scale: 1/57th This car is depicted in the Network Q Rally Great Britain 2002. The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

I'm going to go on ahead and give them a "4". I would buy them for that price, but in order to get a five they would have to have an interior. On the plus side, at least the Maisto sponsored car lacks an interior- talk about keeping things realistic! I have to give it to Majorette for that! ![]() And if you could pick up this set for me I'd be appreciative! |

Wow! Pug and Subie Rally Cars. I do believe I have these cars from an earlier release - possbibly in rally car packaging and I thought with interiors. When I get a chance I will have to take a look if I can find the box they are stored in. It has been a while since Subie had a WRC car but neat to see the '03 in this three pack. I gave it four because of the lack of interior and because the cars are a bit dated as Peugeot also is a no show in WRC these days. |
