Me, my wife and son went TRU today to do some Christmas shopping for Jacob. I had him with me while my wife went to get a couple of games that he has been wanting and get them and put in the truck before he realize his Momma ain't around...lol. I strolled over to the diecast cars just to see whats not there. I actually found a current 2.0 hanging on the pegs that I actually been wanting which is a rarety on its own. JL 2.0s are even more scarce than the newest HWs Vintage Racing in these parts. Only problem is that its missing a wheel. Don't that really beat all. To find a JL that I'm willing to pay $5 for and its missing a wheel. I went ahead and got it because I knew I would not find another one around here. I did at least talked to the cashier and he knocked of a couple bucks off of it. It only cost me $3.24 with tax. I just have to find a wheel to put on it. I think I might have one but I have to start digging through the spare wheels and loose beaters and they are not exactly easy to get at the moment but I'm pretty sure I have one.

I love how you need to "HELP" a tow truck with "HELP" emblazened on the door. ;)

you can either change out the wheels or get another tow truck and take the wheel off of that and put it on this one

Irony! My suggestion? Place it behind an earlier issue of the tow truck for a laugh.

Thats funny because I have thought of that already. I just wish JL had made a Chevy Tow Truck so it could tow the Ford tow truck...LOL

You can always trade it with an error colector, you never know what you can get for it. :02:

I remember buying a Street Freaks Firebird that had the wheel laying in the bottom of blister.
It was an opener so it didn't reaaly matter.
An interesting find, Daniel.

Cheers. Cobra

Thanks Harry for the suggestion. Sam and Daniel has made that same suggestion and I had an extra wheel and solved the problem already. If I didn't have the wheel handy, I would have dropped him a PM but all things cool now. I really need to take an updated pic of it.
