It's "Baby Buggy" from the 1972 Mattel Zowees Shell 8 car set.

I never knew about these. And if I saw one in a yard sale, I'd think they were dollar store "set" pieces. very interesting links.

Zowees are not easy to find, and even harder to find in good shape...I think because they were giveaways and because they are so small. Hot Shots are another redline era Mattel premium series that are hard to find.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I've heard of them and even seen a few in person but they fall outside my collecting parameters. They're cool though, and that's quite a nice find- congrats!
