I love the T-birds too, and the late 60s birds get short shrift even though they are well represented by HW and Topper in the redline era, and JL did a decent job with these as well...we just don't get to see this casting often enough.

JL did a decent job with these as well...we just don't get to see this casting often enough.
Because every time they run it pegwarms. Which is a shame because I love it and always snap it up!

I think the problem is that it is too small compared to other J/Ls -though it is a nice casting.

They *never* pegwarmed when I found them, they weren't on a peg long enough to get it warm if I knew they were out.

I was lucky enough to find a White Lightning from the Thunderbirds series- the only WL I ever found in the wild.

I like the (1st) "sqarebirds" better than the much more popular 55-57 models.
