I can drive 55!

I can drive 55! A '55 Chevy of course. The '55 Chevy Bel Air has always been one my favorites since I don't know when. I would like to own a '55 and/or a '57 Chevy Bel Air one of these days. They knew how to make cars back then. I love the hard tops more but would not pass up a convertible if one came across my path.

Sweet!!!

My long time sentiments exactly, 55 first, then 57, then if I have to 56. Excellent little collection there!

The '55 Chevy is a great car and great to drive a 55! I learned to drive in a '55 Chevy 210 2-door Handyman Wagon - 3 speed/column shift. My father was mostly a Chevy man and he bought the '55 brand new and kept it until the late '70's.

Support your local demo derby.

The GWF version rocks. Agree, the '55 is my favorite Tri-year bowtie.

The GWF one should be released in all black as an unofficial American Graffiti car.

Great group shot, Paul.
I see that you have the black with white and yellow flames Playing Mantis Direct casting.
That is not an easy one to obtain.
It is wonderful addition for your collection.
Thanks for taking the time to take all of these nice pictures and sharing them with us.

Cheers. Cobra

Great cars and beautiful photographs.
My very first real car was a 2 tone grey 55 sedan. I was far too young to drive when I was given it (8 years old) and my dad had it junked.
I got my next car at 11 years old and managed to hold on to that one for 27 years!

Nice batch of diecast one and all--though I'm partial to the flames. I never got the GWF, or the chrome one. I've been meaning to track that chrome one down for a while. I have the BWF. I think it was an ebay score a couple of years back at around $10, which I thought pretty reasonable for a PM exclusive.
